Wasps and hornets
Wasps and hornets build nests under eaves, in attics, wall cavities and in the ground. By late summer colonies grow large and aggressive — removing a nest yourself is dangerous by then.
When you need this service
- Constant flight to and from one spot on the facade or eaves
- Visible nest under the eaves, in the attic or shed
- Buzzing inside a wall or above the ceiling
- Wasps indoors with no obvious entry — the nest may be in the structure
How it works
- Locating the nest
- Treatment in protective equipment, with a lift or ladder if needed
- Nest removal where accessible
- Recommendations for sealing openings to prevent a new nest
If anyone in the household is allergic, do not attempt removal yourself — a hornet sting can cause anaphylactic shock. Call a professional.
